What's comes inside a tent?
Coir Matting Flooring, Rug, Wooden Table, Lamp, Welcome Mat, Memory Foam Mattress, L.E.D Rope Light, Vanity Mirror, Duvets, Bed Pillow, Bed Cushions, Bed Throw and Egyptian Cotton Linen.
How do I make a payments?
1.Bank Transfer
This options allow you to pay a deposit of 50% towards your booking. Final instalment usually 8 weeks before the event. You MUST include your name and booking number when making your transfer to 22Tents.
2.Debit/credit card
Pay directly through our online payment system.
Can I make a deposit payment a week before the event?
No, we cannot reserve your tent with no full commitment. We require full payment 6 – 8 weeks before the festival starts.
Can my friends come into the 22Tents area at a festival?
As much as we would like to welcome everyone, we have to make sure we protect the tranquillity of Woodville, therefore only our guests can use the boutique campsite.
Are there toilets and showers?
Yes, however please check the details with us as some festivals operate differently to others.
Do I need to bring bedding?
No, however please check the details with us as some festivals operate differently to others.
How do I make a booking?
Please select which event you wish to book, whether it is a private function or festival. You can then go ahead via the booking form and select everything you need. Alternatively, if you have something else in mind that you cannot find on booking form, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
Can the tents be locked?
Yes, you can lock the tents with a padlock. Requests can be made to use our padlocks, you will need a £10 deposit. The deposit is returned once we receive our padlock.
Where can I charge my phone?
We have battery pack chargers that you can hire from us, these give a standard mobile phone 8 full charges. We require a £30 deposit with a £10 per day hire charge. Your deposit will returned when the battery pack is brought back to the 22Tents reception.
Are there any pamper facilities?
At some events we bring our ‘Sass Tent’ which features large mirrors, hair dryers, stools, and all the hair necessities. However, please check the details with us as some festivals operate differently to others.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in usually starts at 2.00pm for most events we cover and checkout will be noon on the departure day.
Can we bring glass, alcohol and food into a 22Tents area?
You CANNOT bring any glass on site, food and alcohol will have a limit so please check with the event rules first.
Can we have open fires and cook food?
Unfortunately not, due to health and safety reasons. Some events allow camping stoves but please check the event rules in advance.
What happens to nuisance campers?
We do not tolerate irresponsible behaviour, if you are continuously being a nuisance then you will be asked to leave.
