Cancellations

All booking fees are non-refundable.

​The buyer may cancel but we need written notice before the event takes place. If we receive notice more than 30 days before the event you will receive a full refund minus transaction processing fees.

​If you want to cancel your bookings, from 30 - 60 days notice prior to the event start date you will receive 50% of the value of your purchase back.

​Less than 30 days before the event you will not be refunded any of your deposit.

We may cancel for reasons outside of our control, including weather, problems with sites, cancellation of events and force majeure. In this case all bookings are non-refundable.

​You are able to change the name of your booking if you do have to cancel at the last minute and you will be offered a 10% discount with your next purchase with The 22 Tent Company.​

COVID-19 update from The 22 Tent Company.

If any event was to cancel or postpone due to Covid-19, your accommodation would be rolled over automatically to next year’s event, alternatively if you could not make those dates or require a refund, we would honour a 100% refund of your tent booking minus transaction fees in-line with our cancellation terms.
