Festivals
All transaction fees are non-refundable.
The buyer may cancel their booking at any time but written notice is needed before the cancellation process will begin.
If we receive notice more than 60 days prior to the event the buyer is entitled to receive a full refund minus transaction processing fees.
If the buyer cancels their bookings from 30 - 60 days notice prior to the event start date, the buyer will receive 50% of the booking minus transaction processing fees..
Less than 30 days prior to the event the buyer will not be refunded but the booking may be changed to other persons.
If the Festival itself was to cancel the event, the buyer would need to seek recompense through the festival itself. We will accept no responsibility.
The 22 Tent Company may cancel for reasons outside of our control, including weather, problems with sites, cancellation of events and force majeure. In this case all bookings are refundable minus transaction processing fees..
You are able to change the name of your booking if you do have to cancel at any time.
COVID-19 update from The 22 Tent Company.
If any event was to cancel or postpone due to Covid-19, your accommodation would be rolled over automatically to next year’s event, alternatively if you could not make those dates or require a refund, we would honour a 100% refund of your tent booking minus transaction fees in-line with our cancellation terms.
Weddings & Private Functions
All transaction fees are non-refundable.
The event organiser may cancel at any time, however, the holding deposit paid when arranging the event is non-refundable.
The buyer may cancel their booking at any time but written notice is needed before the cancellation process will begin.
If we receive notice more than 30 days prior to the event the buyer is entitled to receive a full refund minus transaction processing fees.
If the buyer cancels their bookings with less than 30 days notice prior to the event start date, the buyer will receive 50% of the booking minus transaction processing fees..
If the wedding or private function itself was to be canceled with less than 90 days notice prior to the event, the buyers would need to seek recompense through the event organisers. We will accept no responsibility.
